Perfect place to stay along 151. Beautiful neighborhood and the home had everything you could need. Would absolutely stay here again and Chris was very proactive with his communication prior and during our stay.

One of the best AirBnB host experiences I have ever had. Chris was kind, communicated well and made sure our stay was perfect. The hospitality was 10/10 and the house was awesome. The porch, blackstone, hot tub and game room made the stay feel like home. We had a blast. Thanks, Chris!

Thanks to Chris for a wonderful stay at his property in Wintergreen. The house was perfect for our two families with four adults and three kids, but could comfortably accommodate a bit more. Everything is spotless and in good working order. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and I enjoyed walking the area with my dog. It's an easy drive to Charlottesville and orchards. Chris is proactively communicative. We highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of 8. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen that made cooking together easy, and we loved spending time out on the deck and around the fire pit. The location was ideal — close to so many great wineries and breweries, especially perfect for a fall getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic place to relax with friends or family!

Beautiful, relaxing, peaceful and welcoming. Chris was a great host, and the place was exactly what we had hoped for and more. Located just a few minutes away from everything you’d want to do, and nestled away under trees, the place was superb.

My husband and I were in great need of a total shut down to recharge after too long between vacations and working with lots of people on a daily basis. We had a wedding in VA so we decided to take the opportunity to take a break while we were there for the wedding anyway. Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning of making a way for us to stay at his property last minute all the way through the last day we were there. He was always available for any questions and always willing to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. I have had nice hosts before but no one as attentive as Chris.
The property was very nice. We were able to relax, grill out on the blackstone, soak in the hot tub and watch football and movies on the huge tv. Just what we needed. We found the short walk through the neighborhood to the lake path which was an easy and lovely walk to get to the lake area and see the lake and mountains. So pretty. We came home feeling much better. Thanks!

We had a perfect stay for our couples trip! Having three king beds is rare and the home was decorated so tastefully. It’s a perfect location along the 151 brewery/winery trail with access to short hikes/trails also. Highly recommend Belties for breakfast/brunch!

Our extended family had a great time at Chris’s place at Nellysford. There were plenty of bedrooms and the kitchen and living spaces and deck were accommodated activities for everyone. The setup with crib and trundle bed helped for the youngest. Charlottesville was a bit far, but we spent most of our time dining locally and hiking to and dips in the nearby streams and lakes, which the kids found enthralling. Everyone had a great time. Much better than sitting in the direct sun at the beach.

Chris’s place is on my street in Wintergreen and I was hosting my annual golf outing. I needed an “overflow” house and Chris’s house worked perfectly. House is very professionally outfitted and has everything you would need. Game room is great. Great spot!

Decor is very cool. The hot tub on the deck is awesome. Beds are super comfy. We hit the local walking trail chris recommended and two local breweries. Excellent location and looking forward to coming back.
